What else is there to say? Still sporting his bandana thing (and mad hair),
by the way.
A nice, relaxing stroll back down was welcome after lunch.
I particularly like the tree on the right. Don't ask me why, I just do. I
wonder if I could buy it?
Sorry Dave? You didn't want me to take a photo? Oops, too late...
Dearie me, Dave just had canned heat in his heels (tonight) all the way
back.
Well how does one come up with captions for an essentially pointless
photo?
I think the steps had more to do with this location than the.. Er.. Interesting
sculpture in the background. The giant axe was really cool until I realised
it wasn't actually sharp - ahh, well, life does have these little
disappointments from time to time.
Just what was that thing, anyway?
On the last day everyone but me and Jenny decided to go up Scafell Pike - we
had an altogether more relaxing day strolling around some low fells. On the
way we noticed this strange feature - there were quite a few stone circles
around, and it looks a bit small to be a sheepfold... Any ideas, anyone?
Nice and peaceful - wouldn't fancy a swim in that tarn, though.
